Refund and Cancellation Policy – NC Mart (Near Care Mart)
Orders once confirmed or dispatched may not be cancelled.
Perishable items such as grocery and food products are non-refundable once delivered.
In case of damaged, wrong, or missing items, users must contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
NC Mart reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
